Accused no. 1 is a company through accused no. 2.
Accused no. 2 Mohd. Mohibulla , Director and signatory is absent.
Accused no. 3, Rashid, Director and non signatory is absent.
Accused no. 4, Nasrin, Director and non signatory is absent.
None for all accused.
On LDOH, exemption of all the accused persons were allowed and
they were directed to appear in person. However, they have failed to appear.
Accordingly, due to non compliance of previous order, a cost Rs.
2,000/- (in total) is imposed on the accused side to be paid to NGO on the UPI id:
earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici. Receipt of same be filed by NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
Let fresh BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-, be issued against the
accused no. 2 to 4 with one surety of like amount through the concerned DCP
returnable on NDOH, on filing of PF within two months. DCP concerned is directed
to ensure atleast three visits/ attempts are made to execute the process and proper
report be filed.
Copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned to ensure compliance.
Copy of complaint and other documents have already been supplied to
accused side.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 08.01.2027.
