SDM concerned is directed to take necessary steps forthwith for the sale of the
vehicle attached in the present case and the possession of the consideration amount in the court
for NDOH.
Let copy of this order along with copy of order dated 05/08/2025 be given dasti
to Sh. V.K. Tiwari with the direction to place the same before the SDM concerned today itself
to bring the matter into kind notice and for immediate compliance.
