Sub Division, Punjabi Bagh filed. Taken on record. Perused.
As per the said report a vehicle that is one car bearing registration no.
UP14DS8504, make Maruti Suzuki Baleno registered in the name of the accused has been
attached and handed to District Nazir, West.
Accordingly, SDM concerned is directed to take necessary steps for the sale of
the aforesaid vehicle and deposit the receipt in this Court for the next date.
At request, the matter is now lister for 04.11.2025 for 02:00 PM.
Court notice be issued alongwith the copy of the order for the SDM concerned
for ensuring compliance.
