Perusal of the record reveals that the cheque in question does not bear the name of
the account holder and it is not clear as to by whom the cheque has been drawn.
Let summons be issued to the concerned bank official from DCB Bank, Chandni
Chowk Branch, Delhi-06, to appear with relevant records of account bearing no. 09110200003391
and clarify as to who is the account holder of the said account / drawer of the cheque bearing no.
000016 and 000017, on filing of PF within 10 days from today for NDOH.
Summons be also given dasti.
Put up for examination of bank witness / further proceedings on 14/12/2026.
