Kishore S. Borcar and Anr Crl. No.1755/2010, pronounced on
25.09.2025 the compliance under proviso to Section 223 BNSS has
been dispensed with in the cases pertaining to Negotiable
Instruments Act.
Ld. Counsel for complainant seeks time to file
application for condonation of dealing in filing the present
complaint under Section 5 of Limitation Act r/w 142B NI Act filed.
Subject to filing of above-mentioned application, issue
court notice to the proposed accused for reply/ objections on the
aforementioned through SHO concerned, alongwith copy of
application, returnable on NDOH.
