Perusal of the record shows that various opportunities were
granted to the accused to file the application, however, he failed to do so.
Due to which cost of Rs. 7000/- was imposed. No ground has been made
out to waive of the cost.
Accordingly, application stands dismissed.
Cost stands paid.
Accused is directed to appear physically on the NDOH, failing which,
coercive measure shall be taken.
