Present: Ms. Shweta and Ms. Pooja Tomar, Ld. Counsels for complainant.
Sh. Naveen Verma, AR for complainant in person.
None for proposed accused.
An application has been filed for substitution of AR by the
complainant. Same is taken on record. Application being formal in nature is allowed
and accordingly Mr. Naveen Verma stands substituted as AR of the complainant.
Complainant seeks time to file the evidence affidavit of the substituted
AR. Same be sent to opposite side atleast 7 days prior to NDOH to the opposite side.
Summons could not be issued due to non filing of PF.
One more opportunity is granted to the complainant to take steps for
issuance of summons against the accused on filing PF.
In the meantime, let fresh summons be issued against the accused on
filing of PF within two months, through all modes, returnable for NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file proof of service.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
In case of online service, complainant is directed to file requisite
affidavit with contact details of the accused and certificate U/s 63 BSA to show due
service through online mode.
Put up for filing of evidence affidavit/ appearance of accused/ framing
of notice/ furnishing of surety/ further proceedings on 16.10.2026.
