Accused proprietor is absent.
None for accused proprietor.
NOTICE HAS NOT BEEN FRAMED IN THE PRESENT MATTER.
NBWs issued against the accused through DCP concerned received
back unexecuted with the report that the address of accused is closed since 8-10
months and he has not come at the given address since then. Even accused could not
be reached out at his phone no. Statement of witness Dr. D. K. Singh testifying that
accused had not come at the address. He also stated that many times police officials
have come to locate the accused but he does not have information about his current
whereabouts. Proper report along with photographs is annexed.
PREVIOUSLY ACCUSED HAS ENTERED APPEARANCE IN THE
PRESENT MATTER.
He has failed to furnish his surety bonds of Rs. 10,000/- till date.
Seeing the conduct of the accused, cost of Rs. 1,000/- is imposed on him to be paid
to NGO for welfare of animals on the UPI id Kannananimal@ICICI. Receipt of
same be filed on NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
It appears that accused is deliberately avoiding the appearance before
this court and concealing himself. Hence, let process U/s 84 BNSS be issued against
the accused through the concerned SHO. It is made clear that same be executed
within a gap of 30 days prior to the next date of hearing.
The process shall contain directions to the process server to appear in
person alongwith the compliance report on the next date of hearing.
Accused has already entered appearance in the present matter.
Publication be also made in local newspaper.
Put up for report of process server and recording of his statement on
29.10.2026.
