Present: Mr Akshat Sharma Ld counsel for the complainant
Matter is at the stage of consideration and is pending for clarifications in terms of
order dated 02.09.2024.
Perusal of the record shows that as per the legal notice, complainant has claimed
higher amount than the amount due as per the ledger/statement of account.
Ld counsel for the complainant submits that the amended complaint was filed to
rectify the errors qua the due amount. He seeks one opportunity to file relevant judgments qua
the maintainability of the present case else to withdraw the same.
In the interest of justice, one final opportunity is given to the complainant to do
the needful failing which, matter shall be dismissed on the NDOH.
Be put up for further proceedings on 29.01.2027.
