Sh. Prince, Ld. Counsel for accused No.2 (Through VC) (Time sought to
file vakalatanama).
Accused No.1 is company.
Accused No.2 (Through VC).
Accused No.3 is absent.
Accused No.4 is absent.
Accused No.5 is absent.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused/furnishing of bail bonds/
framing of notice.
BWs issued against the accused No.2 and 5 received back duly executed.
Perusal of record reveals that there is typographical error in the last order
and that B.Ws were to be issued against accused no.2 to 5, whereas they were issued
for accused No.2 and 5.
Perusal of record reveals that accused No2 to 5 have been directed to
appear physically, however, they have not appeared. Accused No.2 appearing through
V.C. submits that he could not appear physically to participate in the proceedings on
merits as he is out of station. In view of the same, a cost of Rs.2,000/- is imposed on
accused No.2 to be paid to the complainant.
Be awaited for apeparance of other accused persons till 2.00 pm.

Present: 	None.
B.W issued against accused No.5 received back duly served. 	However,
the 	said 	accused 	person 	has 	not 	appeard. 	It 	appears 	that 	the 	accused 	No.5has
knowledge of the present proceedings and that the accused No.5 is deliberately
avoiding the proceedings of court.
Issue fresh NBWs against the accused No.5 on all the addresses and
notice to his surety, if any without filing of PF, returnable on the NDOH.
Also, issue fresh BWs against the accused No.3 and 4 in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- 	with one surety in the like amount without filing of PF, returnable on the
NDOH.
Put up for purpose fixed on 25.04.2026.
All accused persons are
directed to appear physically on NDOH.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is granted to the
accused persons to participate in the proceedings.
