Notice issued to the proposed accused no. 1 and 3 received back
unserved with the report that the proposed accused no. 3 who is director of proposed
accused no. 1 company was earlier at the given address and now has vacated the given
address.
Notice issued to the proposed accused no. 2, 4 and 5 not received back.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that all the proposed accused
are residing at the given address and he will file an affidavit with regard to physical
addresss verification of the same on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also filed proof of service through
e-mail upon the proposed accused no. 1 alongwith affidavit. Same be taken on record.
Issue notice u/s 223 (proviso) of BNSS to the proposed accused no. 1 to
5, subject to filing of affidavit with regard to physical address verification within 2
weeks from today, through all modes including electronic mode, returnable on
01.04.2025.
