Today, the undersigned is also looking after the work of Ld. Link JMFC

Present: Ms. Himanshi Gupta, Ld. Counsel for the complainant with
complainant.
Proposed accused in person.
Arguments on summoning heard.
After having examined the complainant side and going through the
record, I am satisfied that a case under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act has been
made out against the accused person(s). Let the accused person(s) be summoned via all
modes including Speed Post/ Approved Courier/Nazarat Branch on taking of necessary
steps.
The Ahlmad shall also obtain Internet Generated Tracking Slip within 15
days after dispatch of summons by post.
Since the accused is present in court today, the issuance of summons is
hereby dispensed with.
It is submitted by accused side that they have received the copy of
complaint and annexures. It is further submitted that he is willing to settle the matter
with complainant.
Offence being bailable, accused is admitted to bail subject to furnishing
of personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 15,000/ with one surety of like amount. At this
stage, the accused seeks some time to furnish surety. Personal bonds furnished
considered and accepted till the next date of hearing.
Be put up for furnishing of surety/ framing of notice/ further proceedings
on 22.03.2025.
