Today, the undersigned is also looking after the work of Ld. Link JMFC-10,
Ms. Gouri Raghunath.
Present: Ms. Himanshi Gupta, Ld. Counsel for the complainant with
complainant.
Sh. Ravinder Singh, Ld. Counsel for accused.
Accused is absent.
An application has been moved on behalf of accused for exemption
from personal appearance stating that accused is employed in Delhi police and
hence he could not appear due to 15th August arrangement. Same is considered
and allowed for today only subject to furnishing of circular not allowing leave.
Matter is listed today for furnishing the surety of Rs. 30,000/- and
for CE.
Adjournment is sought on behalf of Ld. Counsel for accused. Same
is opposed by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Considering the fact that complainant could have been well
informed, matter is adjourned subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to the
complainant on the number provided today within 1 week from today.
The complainant submits that he is willing to settle the matter.
Parties are at liberty to explore possibility of settlement out of court.
Be put up for settlement, if any/ CE/ further proceedings on
17.01.2026.
