Present : None.
Perusal of the record shows that none has appeared on behalf
of the complainant since 21.02.2025. Perusal of the record further shows
that before 05.11.2024 also complainant was highly irregular in appearing
before the Court.
Perusal of the order sheet dated 06.09.2025 shows that last
and final opportunity was granted to the complainant. Sufficient
opportunities have already been given to the complainant. The court is not
inclined to give another opportunity to the complainant.
None has appeared on behalf of the complainant since
morning.
It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the
matter. Laxity on the part of the complainant cannot be countenanced any
further. Complaint stands dismissed in default as well as for want of
prosecution.
Accused is hereby acquitted. Original documents, if any, be
returned to the rightful claimant. Bail bond & surety bond, if any, be
discharged. All endorsement be canceled. File be consigned to Record
Room after due compliance.
