Matter is at the stage of framing of notice/furnishing of bail bonds.
Perusal of the record shows that on the LDOH, accused had appeared, however,
in the attendance column it was recorded “none for the accused’. Same be read accordingly.
Further, accused had sought time to engage a counsel and to arrange a surety,
however, none has appeared on behalf of accused despite repeated calls.
It appears that the accused is deliberately avoiding joining the proceedings
despite having knowledge of the present case.
Issue bailable warrant against the accused for NDOH in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-
with one surety in the like amount.
Be put up on 19.02.2027.
