Matter is at the stage of clarifications, if any/orders on the application u/s
175(3) BNSS.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed an application to
bring on record additional documents being the preliminary decree and the final decree.
During the course of arguments on the said application, it is stated by the Ld. counsel that
the final decree is already on record and only the preliminary decree is to be newly filed
but upon perusal of the particulars of the said two documents and the documents already
on record, there appear to be some difference in the dates of the decrees.
Accordingly, An adjournment is sought to lead detailed arguments on the said
application.
