on furnishing of bail bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one sound surety in the
like amount. Personal Bond furnished and accepted till NDOH. Surety Bond be
furnished on NDOH.
Accused submits that complete set of documents is not available
with him. Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to supply the same to the
accused within one week from today.
In view of the submission made, NBWs need not be issued
against accused.
