As offence in question is bailable, the accused is admitted to bail
on furnishing of bail bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/ with one sound surety in the
like amount. Personal Bond furnished and accepted till NDOH. Surety Bond be
furnished on NDOH.
It has been stated by the Ld. Counsel for accused that copies of
the complaint as well as necessary annexures has been provided to him by the
complainant.
Counsel holding vakalatnama for accused and accused are
directed to remain physically present in court on NDOH for furnishing surety
bond/ framing of notice on 09.08.2024.
