Present : Mr. Ankit Kansal, Ld. Counsel for the complainant through
VC.
Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the accused alongwith
accused in person.
An application filed on behalf of the accused for cancellation
of NBWs alongwith fresh vakalatnama. Same be taken on record.
Heard. Considered the submissions.
For the reasons stated in the application, NBWs issued
against the accused stands cancelled subject to the cost of Rs. 1500/-
payable to the complainant and with the warning to appear regularly on
each and every date.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that copy of complaint has
not been received.
Heard.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of
the complaint on the Whatsapp number of Ld. Counsel for accused i.e.
9034213105.
Since, the offence is bailable in nature accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and the surety
in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety
bonds on or before NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH
voluntarily, failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Copy of the order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for accused.
Put up for framing of notice on 16.12.2026.
