Present: Sh. Habib Ahmed, Ld. counsel for the complainant with complainant.
Today, matter is fixed for FP/ consideration.
Present complaint has been filed u/s 223 BNSS seeking FIR against
accused u/s 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. However, this court lacks
jurisdiction to try the said application. To this, Ld. counsel for the complainant
submits that complainant be given liberty to withdraw the present complaint.
Heard and perused.
A separate statement of complainant has been recorded to this effect.
In view of the same, the present complaint case stands disposed off as
withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
Case file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
