Ganj submits that the accused has sold the address of Darya Ganj
and is currently residing at the address of Greater Kailash and the
contact no. 9891026230 pertains to the accused and the given
address of House no.5, Aya Nagra, Delhi was found insufficient
owing to the incorrect Gali number. In support, GD entry alongwith
photographs annexed.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused. Same is
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that the office address
of Darya Ganj and the residential address of Greater Kailash
pertains to the accused.
Oral exemption sought on behalf of accused on the
ground that the flight of the accused from Delhi to Mumbai has got
delayed. Heard. Allowed for today only on filing relevant air ticket
on next date of hearing.
Accused is directed to appear on NDOH else costs of
Rs. 5,000/- shall imposed upon the accused payable to the
complainant.
