EO/SI Piyush absent
EO has sent a written request seeking some more
time to complete the enquiry.
Copy of the above reply/request be provided to the
complainant.
Despite previous order, the said request received
today does not bear the forwarding signatures of the SHO
concerned. No intimation has been received from SI Piyush for his
absence today. In fact, he is absent despite execution of Bailable
Warrants. Strangely, the report of execution of bailable warrants is
received without proper report. It seems that a different practice
altogether was adopted by the concerned process server for the
execution of Bailable Warrants of IO in this case. Moreover, on
LDOH, last opportunity was granted to the SHO concerned to
comply with order dated 22.08.2024 alongwith directions to file
the explanation on the points mentioned therein. However, again
time is being sought to file complete ATR without justified reasons
and no explanation has been filed by the SHO concerned.
It seems that the present case is not being acted upon
by the police officers of PS Roop Nagar, directions of court have
not been complied with and there is no headway into the enquiry
despite several directions of the court.
In the above circumstances, let ATR be called from
the DCP concerned alongwith an explanation on the following
aspects:-

1. Improper execution of bailable warrant of SI Piyush.
2. Explanation for absence of SI Piyush.
3. Explanation for non-filing of report by SHO
concerned of PS Roop Nagar for points mentioned in order
dated 16.04.2025.
4. Reason for inordinate delay in filing of the
ATR/concluding enquiry in the present case.
Put up for compliance on 15.09.2025.
Let the copy of this order alongwith order dated
16.04.2025 be also sent to the DCP concerned for necessary
perusal and action.
