Complainant side submits that only Rs. 95,000/- are yet to be received by the complainant and the remaining amount has been received. Today accused has paid further Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant through online transfer. Same is verified by the complainant. Accused has sought some more time to make remaining payment. Accused has failed to furnish his surety bonds of Rs. 20,000/- despite opportunity. Accordingly, cost of Rs. 500/- is imposed on the accused to be paid to NGO for welfare of animals on the UPI id Kannananimal@ICICI. Receipt of same is shown. At joint request, matter stands adjourned for verification of payment. In case the accused fails to make the payment by NDOH, S. A. u/s 313 Cr.P.C shall be recorded on NDOH. Accused submits that he shall make the entire payment by September, 2026. Last and final opportunity is granted to accused side to furnish surety bonds of Rs. 20,000/-.
