Adjournment is sought on behalf of the complainant on the ground that
the complainant recently got married.
List of witnesses filed on behalf of the complainant. Copy supplied to
the opposite party.
On an enquiry, it appears that there are chances of settlement between the
parties. The present is a fit case to be referred to mediation for settlement. Hence, the
present matter is being referred to mediation under the Special Mediation Drive –
Mediation ‘For The Nation’. Special referral order as per circular No.
24753-24953/DMC/THC/Delhi be annexed with the referral.
The parties and their Ld. Counsel are directed to report at the Mediation
Cell, the details of which are mentioned on the special referral order, at the time and on
the date mentioned in the said order. A copy of the Special Referral Order be given to
both the parties separately, immediately.
