Mr. Prashant Gautam, Ld. LAC for the accused.
Record perused.
I take the cognizance of the offence punishable u/s
380 IPC.
In compliance of section 207 Cr.P.C, copy of charge-
sheet along with documents supplied to the accused against
acknowledgement.
With the consent of Ld. LAC, accused and Ld. APP
for State, arguments heard on the point of charge. Record
perused.
After carefully perusing the chargesheet, documents
filed therewith, including statements u/s 161 Cr.P.C recorded by
IO and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld.
LAC for accused, this Court is of the considered view that prima
facie offences u/s 380/454 IPC is made out against the accused.
Accordingly, charge for the aforesaid offences has been framed
against the accused, to which accused pleaded not guilty and
claimed trial.
At this stage, accused admitted the genuineness of
some documents vide his separate statement recorded u/s 294
Cr.P.C.

Ld. APP for State requested to drop witnesses at Sr.
No. 4 in the list of prosecution witness in view of statement of
accused u/s 294 Cr.P.C.
Heard. At request of Ld. APP, witnesses at Sr. No. 4
in the list of prosecution witness is dropped.
Put up for PE on 16.10.2024.
Let witnesses at Sr. No. 1 & 5 be summoned for
NDOH.
Rehnumai through EVL after every 14 days.
