Present:- Sh. Vikram Baweja, Ld. Counsel for the complainant. (Through VC).
Ahlmad has stated that the file is not traceable today and has filed a print
out of the complete file taken from the digital filing records.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant prays that a notice of the complaint be
issued to the proposed accused in the present matter.
Complaint and annexed documents perused.
Present complaint has been filed after the enactment of the new Criminal
Laws. Hence, the same will be governed by BNSS.
Issue notice u/s 223 (proviso) of BNSS to the proposed accused, through
all modes including electronic mode (including dasti, if requested), returnable on
09.12.2025.
A copy of complaint and annexed documents be also sent with the above-
said notice. Complainant is directed to provide the same at the time of filing of PF.
Ahlmad is directed to trace the original file and to place the same on
record on NDOH.
