offence relating to the modesty of the woman, however it is
submitted by the complainant that no FIR has been registered by
the police on the said complaint.
SHO as well as DCP are directed to file the explanation
as to why the FIR was not registered.
It is clarified that if a reply is found unsatisfactory, then
the action may be taken against them for dereliction of duty since
the alleged offence is serious in nature pertaining to woman.

for information and compliance.
