Present: Complainant with Ld counsel.
Accused absent.
Mr Chirag Verma, Ld proxy counsel for the accused through VC.
Matter is at the stage of CE/furnishing of bail bonds.
Oral exemption from personal appearance is sought on behalf of accused on medical
grounds. Same is allowed for today only subject to furnishing of medical documents failing which, cost
of Rs 2000/- shall be paid to the complainant.
CW-1 is examined in chief and his cross examination is deferred at request of ld proxy
counsel for accused as main counsel is not present.
In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is given to the accused to conduct the
cross examination of complainant failing which, right of the accused to cross examine the complainant
shall stand closed.
Ld counsel for the complainant submits that an application u/s 143A NI Act moved on
behalf of complainant is also pending adjudication.
Let reply, if any be filed to the said application by the accused by the NDOH failing
which, said application shall be decided as per the material available on record.
Be put up for CE/furnishing of bail bonds/consideration on aforesaid application on
09.03.2027.
Accused is directed to appear in person along with bail bonds on the NDOH, failing
which, NBWs shall be issued against him.
