VC Link is kept open for appearance in terms of order no. 01/RG/DHC/2023 dated 05.06.2023.
Present : None for the complainant.
Summons issued received back with the report that the shop of
accused firm was found at the address. Further, accused no. 2 was intimated
about proceedings at the phone number mentioned on the shop.
Despite that, none has appeared on behalf of accused.
For non appearance despite service, issue BWs against the accused
in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of like amount to be executed through
SHO concerned on PF.
SHO concerned is directed to ensure that multiple attempts are
made for the execution of the warrants. Further, SHO concerned is directed to
ensure that the statement of two independent witnesses is recorded at the time of
execution of process and copy of their ID card is also be taken.
List the matter on 18.03.2025.
