and in view of the settlement, it is further submitted that the matter is required to
be withdrawn.

In view of the statement, the present case is disposed of as
compounded.
Hence, B/W stands cancelled. Date of hearing previously given
also stands cancelled.
Accused is hereby acquitted. Personal Bond / Surety Bond, if any,
stands cancelled and surety, if any, stands discharged. Endorsement on any
document, if any, be cancelled. Original documents be returned to the lawful
owner after due verification and supply of certified copies of the same.
File be consigned to Record Room after necessary compliance.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
