Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused/furnishing of bail bonds/
framing of notice.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf of the accused with
medical documents. Heard. Considered. Same is allowed for today only.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is granted to the
accused to participate in the proceedings on merits.
Considering the purpose for which the matter is fixed (appearance of the
accused, furnishing of bail bonds on obtaining bail, framing of notice, conducting of
admission denial of documents and the exploring of possibility of settlement), it is
hereby clarified that the appearance through V.C. shall not be considered as effective.
Accused is directed to appear physically on NDOH.
