Matter is fixed for framing of notice / furnishing of bail bonds.
Adjournment sought on behalf of accused on the ground that
accused is not available today. Heard. Record perused.
Perusal of record reveals that on LDOH the accused was
directed to appear physically on the next date of hearing i.e. today and it was
clarified that failing which coercive action may be taken to secure the
presence of the accused. Same is allowed for today only subject to cost of
Rs.10,000/- (in total) to be paid to the complainant on or before NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice / furnishing of bail bonds on
17.10.2026.
Accused is directed to appear physically on the next date of
hearing, failing which coercive action may be taken to secure the presence of
the accused.
