Sh. Chaitanya Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the Accused along with accused.
BWs issued against the accused received back unexecuted. However, the
accused has appeared in person and has filed an application praying that the BWs issued
against him be cancelled.
In view of the submissions, BWs issued against the accused are stayed
subject to the condition that he shall appear in person on every date of hearing.
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused. Same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has received the complete set
of documents/complaint.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused may be granted bail.
Heard. Since the offence punishable u/s 138 N.I. Act is bailable in nature. Accused is
admitted to bail subject to the condition that he furnishes bail bonds to the tune of
Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount on NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice u/s 251 Cr.P.C / furnishing of bail bonds on
06.07.2026.
Accused is directed to appear physically on the next date of hearing,
failing which coercive action may be taken to secure the presence of the accused.
