Present: None for complainant. None for accused proprietor. Summons against the accused at the address of Nand Nagri received back with report that insufficient address, and at the address of Kashmiri Gate received back with addressee left, at the address of Ghaziabad, received back with report that sister in law of accused refused the summons. None has appeared on behalf of accused despite deemed service. Accordingly, let bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 10,000, be issued against the accused on all addressees, with one surety of like amount, through the SHO concerned, on filing of PF within two months, returnable on NDOH. In the meanwhile, complainant is also at liberty to trace out fresh address of accused/affidavit of physical verification. Complainant is directed to file an affidavit of physical verification by NDOH so that matter can be proceeded. Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and documents to the accused well in time. Put up for furnishing of fresh address/affidavit/appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of surety/ further proceedings on 05.08.2026.
