Present: None for complainant.
None for accused proprietor.
BWs issued against the accused on the address of Nand Nagri received
back unexecuted with the report that one person namely Om Prakas was found who
stated that no person in the name of accused resides. His statement is annexed.
BWs issued against the accused on the address of Ghaziabad received
back unexecuted with the report that one person namely Mohd. Umar was found
who stated that accused used to work at the given address 3 years ago and has left
the address.
Previously, summons were also unserved upon accused on both the
addresses.
Complainant is directed to file the fresh address of the
accused/affidavit of physical verification of address of accused.
Complainant has not been diligently appearing in this matter since
2025. Various opportunities have been given to the complainant. Today also, he has
failed to appear. Last and final opportunity is granted to complainant to pursue the
matter, FAILING WHICH MATTER SHALL BE DISMISSED FOR NON-
PROSECUTION.
Put up for filing the fresh address of the accused/affidavit of physical
verification of address of accused on 06.04.2027.
