None for accused.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of complainant. Taken on record.
An application has been filed for substitution of AR by the
complainant. Same is taken on record. Application being formal in nature is
allowed and accordingly Mr. Sanat stands substituted as AR of the complainant.
NBWs against the accused not received back.
Previously, BWs have been received back executed.
Accordingly, let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused through the
concerned SHO, on filing of PF within two months, returnable on 15.09.2026.
Complainant is directed to file the fresh evidence affidavit with
advance copy to the opposide side at least one week prior to the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
Put up for filing of evidence affidavit / appearance of accused/ framing
of notice/ furnishing of surety/ further proceedings on 15.09.2026.
Considering the amount involved and the possibility of settlement
existing between parties, at request of proxy counsel complainant, let matter be put
up before Lok Adalat to be held on 14.03.2026.
Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respects before the
Lok Adalat.
In case of failure of settlement be put up for purpose fixed on
15.09.2026.
