Present: AR Sh. Sanat for the complainant.

None for accused.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of complainant. Taken on record.
Matter received back unsettled in the medaition centre. Hence the same be
proceeded on merits.
An application has been filed for substitution of AR by the complainant.
Same is taken on record. Application being formal in nature is allowed and accordingly
Mr. Sanat stands substituted as AR of the complainant.
Despite directions, accused has failed to appear.
Accordingly, let bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 10,000, be issued against
the accused, with one surety of like amount, through the SHO concerned, on filing of PF
within two months, returnable on NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the evidence affidavit with advance copy to
the opposite side at least one week prior to NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of evidence affidavit / CE on 15.09.2026.
Considering the amount involved and the possibility of settlement existing
between parties, at request of proxy counsel complainant, let matter be put up before Lok
Adalat to be held on 14.03.2026.
Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respects before the Lok
Adalat.
In case of failure of settlement be put up for purpose fixed on 15.09.2026.
