Accused no. 2 is also directed to furnish his surety bonds of Rs.
20,000/- today itself.

ACCUSED NO. 1 AND 2 ARE DIRECTED TO APPEAR IN
PERSON FOR RECORDING OF S. A. U/S 313 CR.P.C/351 BNSS.
NO EXEMPTION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ON BEHALF OF
THE ACCUSED ON THE NDOH.
With consent of both sides, in view of the ongoing “mediation for the
nation campaign 2.0 by NALSA” file be put up before Mediation Cell on
07.09.2026 at 02:00 pm and returnable to this court on 09.03.2027.
Mediation is being referred with consent of both sides. In case of non
appearance of any party before mediation, a cost shall be imposed on defaulting
party.
Ahlmad is directed to send file to Mediation Cell well in time.

side for possibility of settlement on the no. 9810459344.
