Counsel for the complainant submits that the AR of the complainant is not available today and has requested for an adjournment. Perusal of record shows that the conduct of the complainant is not diligent in pursuing the present complaint and and the matter is being delayed on account of the said fact. Adjournment granted subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited in DLSA, Central, THC. Receipt of the same be furnished on NDOH.
