An exemption application has been moved on behalf of the accused on medical grounds. Heard. Considered. Same is allowed for today only. An application seeking waiver of cost of Rs.2,000/- imposed on the accused has been filed on the ground that the cost was imposed for adjournment sought on behalf of the accused which was sought due to unavailability of the Ld. Counsel. It is submitted that the wedding of sister of Ld. Counsel was scheduled. In view of the same, the said cost is waived. The application is disposed of. The accused appearing through V.C. has been disturbing the proceedings of other case. In view of the conduct of the accused, a cost of Rs.5,000/- is imposed on the accused to be deposited in DLSA, Central, THC. Further, the right of the accused to appear through V.C. is hereby closed. Accused is directed to appear physically on NDOH. CW1 further cross-examined and discharged as a witness. It has been submitted on behalf of the complainant that they do not wish to examine any other witness on behalf of the complainant and wish to close CE in the present matter. Separate statement to this effect, has been recorded on behalf of the complainant. Steno Purshotam Kumar, Emp. Code 99617087 -- 1 of 2 -- In view of the submissions made, CE stands closed. Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that they do not press their application u/s 143A N.I. Act as the matter is not likely to take much time to conclude. At their request, the application is not taken up for proceedings till the time the same is pressed. List the matter for recording of statement of accused u/s 313 CrPC on 13.10.2026.
