complainant in person.
Sh. Manthan Sukhija, Ld. Counsel for accused.
Accused (through VC).
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused, bail and further
proceedings.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the accused. Taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for accused prays that the accused be admitted to bail in
the present case. Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds in the sum
of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Some time is sought on behalf of
accused to furnish bail bonds. Same be done on NDOH.
Copy of the complaint and annexed documents has been supplied to
Ld. Counsel for accused in Court today.
It is jointly submitted on behalf of both parties that they wish to
explore the possibility of settlement in the present case. Accordingly, let the matter
be referred before concerned Mediation Center for 29.08.2025 at 12:30 p.m.
Mediation referral form be filled as per rules.
Both parties are directed to make sincere endeavour to settle their
disputes.
Put up for settlement, if any/furnishing of bail bonds by the accused
and framing of notice on 03.12.2025.
