Present : Sh. Rishabh Gulati, ld. counsel for the complainant with AR.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
NBWs issued vide previous order received back unexecuted with report
that the process server met with the wife of accused who has gone out of Delhi for some
work and she will duly intimate the NDOH to him. Report taken on record.
Vide order dt. 23.05.2025, NBWs issued against the accused on LDOH
were cancelled subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- payable to the complainant.
No intimation/ exemption received qua the absence of accused. The
accused has not even appeared through VC. Issue NBWs against the accused to be
executed through DCP concerned on filing of PF within 7 days.
Complainant further prays that in eventuality of application filed for
cancellation/ stay of NBWs filed on behalf of accused, an opportunity of hearing may be
granted to him. Heard. Allowed.
Re-list the matter for 08.08.2025.
