An exemption application has been moved on behalf of
accused on the ground that accused is indisposed and has been
advised rest for 2-3 days. In support, medical certificate annexed.
For the reason stated in the application, exemption from personal
appearance is allowed for today only.
Accused is directed to appear on NDOH else costs of
Rs. 5,000/- shall imposed upon the accused payable to the
complainant.
