Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
On oral request, personal appearance of accused is exempted for today
only subject to cost of 500/- to be paid to NGO “AB SEVA FOUNDATION
SANSTHAN” on the UPI no. 8529243603. Receipt of same be filed by NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
It is submitted by accused side that they have received the illegible
copy of complaint and annexures. Complainant is directed to supply the same to
accused side before the next date of hearing on e-mail id:

With consent of both sides, in view of the ongoing “mediation for the
nation campaign 3.0 by NALSA” file be put up before Mediation Cell on
21.11.2026 at 02:00 pm and returnable to this court on NDOH.
Mediation is being referred with consent of accused side appearing
(through VC). In case of non appearance of any party before mediation, a cost shall
be imposed on defaulting party.
Ahlmad is directed to send file to Mediation Cell well in time.
Accused side is at liberty to reach out the complainant side for
possibility of settlement on the no. 9278295054.
ACCUSED IS DIRECTED TO APPEAR IN PERSON ALONG WITH
HER SURETY. NO EXEMPTION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ON BEHALF OF
THE ACCUSED ON THE NDOH AND THE COURT WILL BE CONSTRAINED
TO ISSUE COERCIVE PROCESS.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 06.04.2027.
