Present: Ms. Seema Sharma, Proxy Counsel for the complainant with AR
for the complainant.
An application application has been moved on behalf of complainant for
substitution of AR for the complainant. Same is considered and allowed.
Affidavit of AR/ complainant is taken on record vide his/ her separate
statement.
After having examined the complainant side and going through the
record, I am satisfied that a case under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act has been
made out against the accused person(s). Let the accused person(s) be summoned via all
modes including Speed Post/ Approved Courier/Nazarat Branch on taking of necessary
steps.
The Ahlmad shall also obtain Internet Generated Tracking Slip within 15
days after dispatch of summons by post.
List the matter now on 13.01.2025 for appearance of the accused
person(s), furnishing of bail bonds and arguments on notice.
Considering the nature of offence, let the matter be put up before Lok
Adalat to be held on 14.09.2024.
Let court notice be issued to parties for Lok Adalat.
In the event of non settlement, let the matter be renotified on 13.01.2025
for further proceedings.
Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respects before the
Lok Adalat.
