Today is the 5th date that matter is at the stage of consideration. Prima facie, as per the filing history on record, complaint is filed beyond the period of limitation. On LDOH, Last and final opportunity was granted to the complainant to clarify on the said aspect with a caution that matter shall be dismissed for non- prosecution. However, still no steps have been taken. Previous cost of Rs. 500/- imposed on the complainant has still not been paid. One more opportunity is given to the complainant to pay the cost which shall now to be paid to NGO for welfare of animals on the UPI id Kannananimal@ICICI. Receipt of same be filed on NDOH. At request one more last and final opportunity is granted to the complainant to take steps, move an appropriate application/file any other e filing history, if available. PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE. On failure to take steps matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Put up for consideration on 19.08.2026. Considering the amount involved and the possibility of settlement, let matter be put up before Lok Adalat to be held on 14.03.2026.
