None for the proposed accused.
Matter is at the stage of consideration
Ld. Proxy counsel submits that complainant wish to file application for
substitution of AR along with fresh evidence affidavit.
It has been 4 dates that matter is at the stage of consideration due
to absence of AR. Today also adjournment is sought by Ld. Proxy counsel.
Prima facie this complainant is filed beyond limitation period, still no
steps have been taken by the complainant.
One last and final opportunity is given to the complainant to
pursue the matter and file appropriate application failing which matter shall be
dismissed for non-prosecution.
Seeing the delay caused by the complainant side as observed above
in pursuing the present matter cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to NGO for rescuing
animals namely “Karanpuri Foundation through MILAAP Link”. Receipt of
same be filed on NDOH.
Payment of the said cost is a prerequisite for pursuing this case and
the other matters listed today.
In the interest fo justice, cost is imposed only in 3 matters and not in
all 13 matters by the same company.
Be put up for consideration on 04.02.2026.
