Matter is at the stage of further cross-examination of CW-1.
Previous cost of Rs. 2000/- paid by the accused to the witness (Surender
Bhasin) in the Court today.
CW-1 partly further cross-examined.
Their further cross-examination is deferred to after-lunch session for
want of slip/receipt of money received on witness’s mother’s retirement. It is
submitted by the witness that they will arrange a print-out of the said receipt in the
second half today. A joint request has been made on behalf of the both the parties to
conduct cross-examination of the witness today itself on the ground that both the
parties of the present case belong to Gwalior.
Be put up for further cross-examination of CW-1 at 03:00 PM.
