The undersigned has been transferred to this court vide order No.
16/DHC/Gaz.IIB/G7/VI.E.2(a)2025, dated 30.05.2025.
This court is functioning without Ahlmad since 30.04.2025.
Reader of this court is on leave today.
Present: Sh. Mukesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Complainant is present through VC.
None for accused.
NBWs issued against the accused received back with report, “one
person/ employee namely Jaspal Singh was found who stated that the accused
has left this address”. The report is of the address of Ludhiana, Punjab.
On court querry, the Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that
accused is residing in Alwar Rajasthan.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused at the address of
Alwar, Rajasthan, through the concerned DCP/SSP returnable on NDOH. DCP
concerned is directed to ensure atleast three visits/ attempts are made to execute
the process and proper report be filed.
Copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned to ensure compliance.
DCP concerned is directed to allow opportunity to the complainant
to accompany the process server for execution of warrants.
Be put up for further proceedings on 28.10.2025.
