complainant alongwith AR for the complainant
through VC.
Accused no. 3 absent.
NBWs issued vide previous order received back
unexecuted with the report that “the process server met with the
mother of the accused no. 3 Shubham who stated that accused no. 3
has been disowned by them”. In support, the public notice of
disownment in the newspaper alongwith the ID proof of the witness
and photographs annexed.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is aware of
the proceedings of the case and is absconding from the clutches of
law.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue NBWs
against the accused no. 3, through the office of Joint CP, returnable
on NDOH.
Joint CP concerned is directed to ensure that the
multiple visits have been made for execution of warrants and
statement of independent witnesses is recorded at the time of
execution of warrants alongwith copy of their ID proof.
Re-list the matter for 21.03.2026.
